Shrimp boils are popular for parties in the south and they're pretty simple to pull off. Big pots are filled with potatoes, onions, corn, and sausage. Add beer or Old Bay Seasoning to the pot. When potatoes are done, add the shrimp. Remove from the heat as soon as shrimp are pink so they don't get tough.
