A favorite in Lower Alabama, the Bushwacker is a must... coffee liqueur, vanilla ice cream, Amaretto and a little shaved chocolate. Some places float a little golden rum on top. This was at Bimini Bob's at The Wharf in Orange Beach, Alabama; a great place to soak up the sun.
